What are the payment terms?

Due to the current situation we will only accept USD notes or equivalent market rate. Sorry for any inconvenience.

How can I pay?

You can pay cash on delivery or you can send us the money by PayPal.

How long will it take?

Please allow for up to 3 working days for delivery.

 Does the price include VAT?

Yes, all prices include all applicable taxes in Lebanon.

What happens if I am not at home when the delivery happens?

Easy, we will come back another time and only deliver it to you in person.

Can I send an item to someone else?

Yes, you can specify the item to be delivered to anyone you want.

Can I order online and pickup at the store?

Are the prices on www.wildwillytoys.com the same as in all Wild Willy stores?

Yes they are.

If I don't like an item, can I return it?

Yes, you can return any item bought online for free without any conditions, other than that the items be unopened and packaging is still intact. 

Can I return the items I buy at an actual Wild Willy store?

Yes of course you can. At Wild Willy your convenience is our priority; Feel free to return any bought item at any physical Wild Willy store. Click here to see if any branch is close to where you live. Please note that you can only exchange items; refunds are not possible

Are returns free?

Yes, returning any item is completely free.

What do I do if the item is defective?

Easy, just return it back to us and we will send you a new item.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver via Aramex to any location in Lebanon. Yes any location as long as it is in Lebanon

How much does delivery cost me?

Delivery is $4 for orders less than $70. Delivery is free for orders $70 and more.

Can I deliver outside Lebanon?

At this stage, it is only possible to deliver inside Lebanon.
